You will be working as a Graphic Designer in a growing performance marketing agency specializing in helping ecommerce brands scale their sales through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include: - Designing high-converting creatives for Facebook & Instagram ads - Collaborating closely with media buyers to produce performance-focused designs - Developing creative concepts such as carousels, static images, gifs, and reels - Keeping abreast of the latest design trends in ecommerce and digital advertising - Contributing innovative ideas and strategies during brainstorming sessions for ecommerce client campaigns To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in performance marketing or ecommerce - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva - Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail - Comfortable working in a startup environment that is fast-paced, experimental, and goal-oriented - Willingness to take ownership and deliver work that drives tangible business results If you join the team, you can expect to work in a collaborative and high-growth environment with exposure to multiple fast-growing ecommerce brands.
