Job Description

Basic Requirements: Excellent design skills with experience in a similar role in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry. Proficiency in Adobe tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media). Familiarity with design tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva. Comfort with using AI tools to create innovative designs. Basic video editing skills using tools like InShot or Adobe Premiere Pro. Key Responsibilities: Create innovative and engaging design assets for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with the brands tone and language. Brainstorm and develop campaign ideas, including visuals, creatives, and audio-visual assets, aligned with current trends; ensure timely creation and editing of all assets. Design brand decks, pitch decks, packaging, and KLD files as needed. Prepare shoot mood boards and lead or assist in both external and internal shoots. Must-Haves: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an ad/digital agency, cosmetic company, or fashion company. A design degree from a recognized institute like NIFT or similar. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn, along with an understanding of what types of creatives perform well on these platforms. A strong interest in learning new tools and improving design skills continuously. A keen eye for design and attention to detail. Bonus Skills: Advanced video creation and editing skills. Experience with 3D animation and CGI.
