Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead design and marketing projects end-to-end from concept, design development, to final execution.
Partner with copywriters and marketing managers to produce cohesive, impactful campaigns.
Design Strategy & Execution
Develop design strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.
Create visually appealing layouts and design systems across various media (digital, print, etc.).
Present and explain creative ideas confidently to leadership and stakeholders.
Handle both
print
and
digital
production work efficiently.
Stay updated with current
design trends
,
tools
, and
technologies
.
Research and adapt to new media platforms as needed (e.g., video, motion, UX tools).
Work with internal and international teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Make quick, sound design decisions in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
