As a Graphic Design Lead at WSP, your role involves various key responsibilities which include: - Creative Development: - Design visually compelling proposals, document covers, presentations, diagrams, infographics, and marketing collateral. - Translate complex technical and strategic content into clear, engaging visuals. - Collaboration & Strategy: - Work closely with engineers, proposal managers, and marketing teams to align design outputs with business goals. - Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and platforms. - Leadership & Project Management: - Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and shifting priorities. To qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, including 2+ years in a lead role. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro), including AI-powered features like Adobe Firefly. - Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and interactive design. - Excellent communication, creative thinking, and team collaboration skills. - Experience with SharePoint and digital asset management systems is a plus.
