What You'll Do:

• Translate concepts into scroll-stopping graphics for social media, web banners, and print
• Design logos, color palettes, and brand kits that resonate with students and educators
• Fine-tune layouts, typography, and image edits
• Collaborate closely with our content and marketing squads on campaign deliverables
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback, leveling up your skills every day

Must-Have Skills

• Less than 1 year of design experience (we mean it—

  no senior portfolios, please

  )

• Strong mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (non-negotiable)

• A keen eye for detail, color harmony, and visual storytelling
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced team environment
