Canva Designer

Salary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics using

  Canva

  for:
• Social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Presentations and pitch decks
• Flyers, brochures, and posters
• Email templates and newsletters
• Blog banners and website visuals
• YouTube thumbnails and video graphics
• Work closely with the marketing/content team to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up to date with the latest Canva features, templates, and design trends.
• Manage and organize Canva folders and assets for efficient team access and collaboration.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback quickly and effectively.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Canva Pro

  with a strong portfolio showcasing Canva-based designs.
• Good eye for design, color theory, typography, spacing, and layout.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing formats and requirements (social media sizes, formats, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of brand identity, logo application, and visual storytelling.

Nice to Have:

• Basic animation or Canva video design experience.
• Familiarity with other tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
• Experience working with social media managers, copywriters, and digital marketers.
• Knowledge of platform-specific visual best practices (Instagram Reels thumbnails, LinkedIn carousel posts, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or content creation.
• Strong Canva portfolio is a
