Key Responsibilities: - Designing digital marketing creatives, social media posts, banners, email templates, and infographics to support branding initiatives. - Assisting in visual storytelling and campaign concept development to engage target audiences effectively. - Supporting the marketing team in executing social media and content strategies to enhance brand visibility. - Maintaining brand consistency across all visuals to ensure a cohesive brand identity. - Editing and creating short videos/reels for social platforms (optional, if skilled) to enhance content engagement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams for marketing projects and campaigns to achieve desired outcomes. Requirements: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools like Canva/Figma to create high-quality visual content. - A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity to demonstrate your capabilities effectively. - Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media trends to contribute to strategic campaigns. - Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly to improve design outcomes. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively. - Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
