Graphic Design Intern

We’re looking for a smart, creative, and tech-savvy intern who lives and breathes visuals. Someone who can think beyond Canva templates — a designer who loves experimenting with AI tools, VFX, motion graphics, and prompt-based design workflows.You’ll collaborate directly with our Creative Head and Marketing Team on real estate branding, project visuals, and AI-generated marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually striking marketing material for real estate projects (ads, reels, banners, brochures, thumbnails, etc.). Work with AI design tools (ImagineArt, Midjourney, Leonardo, Sora, etc.) to generate and refine creative concepts. Assist in post-production and VFX for property videos, walkthroughs, and teaser campaigns. Design 2D/3D visualizations, typography, and layout compositions. Coordinate with the digital team to ensure brand consistency across campaigns. Learn and adapt to emerging AI design trends and visual storytelling formats.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or equivalent design software. Interest or basic knowledge of AI tools for design (Midjourney, Runway, Kaiber, etc.). Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and creative composition. Eager to learn, quick to experiment, and able to take feedback positively. Bonus: Knowledge of video editing or 3D visualization tools (Premiere Pro, Blender, Unreal Engine).
