You will be part of Mission Sustainability, a consulting and implementation partner that focuses on sustainable startups, NGOs, and corporates. Your role as a Graphic Design Intern will involve working closely with the co-founder and cross-functional teams to create visually appealing content for digital and print channels that promote sustainability-driven ideas. Key Responsibilities: - Create energetic brand identities for products, projects, and campaigns. - Design illustrations, graphics, and layouts for web, mobile, and social media platforms. - Produce print-ready brochures, banners, flyers, ads, and infographics. - Assist in creating and editing product explainer videos, tutorials, GIFs, and basic 2D animations. - Collaborate with teams to ensure visual communication is consistent, engaging, and impactful. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual storytelling. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Exposure to motion design and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro. - Familiarity with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD for UI/UX tasks is a plus. - Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Eye for detail, consistency, and creativity. - Pursuing or completed a degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or related field (or equivalent portfolio). Nice to Have: - Basics of animation and illustration. - Ability to learn new tools like Spline and advanced design features in Figma. - Prior exposure to sustainability, social impact, or environmental design projects.
