This remote internship offers critical, hands-on experience in corporate branding and content creation, with a clear and measurable path to compensation based on the quality and impact of your design work.

Compensation Structure:

• Months 1 & 2:

  Unpaid internship focused on mastering brand guidelines, template development, and achieving initial design quality metrics.

• Months 3, 4, & 5:

  Paid based on Performance.

  Interns who successfully meet pre-defined creative KPIs (e.g., successful design deployment, positive engagement metrics on visual content) will transition to receiving

  monetary compensation

  and

  lucrative incentives

  for the remainder of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Asset Creation:

  Design engaging visual content for all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) including posts, stories, infographics, and ad creatives to support both sales and hiring initiatives.

• Branding & Collateral:

  Assist in creating and refining corporate collateral such as presentation decks, service brochures, business cards, and template designs.

• Website Visuals:

  Develop graphics, icons, and illustrations for Alienhouse Networks website, landing pages, and client proposals.

• Visual Consistency:

  Ensure all visual output adheres strictly to the established brand guidelines and maintains a high level of aesthetic quality and professionalism.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Content Strategy and Social Media Marketing teams to visualize written content and messaging.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Mandatory Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design principles, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage the design workflow for multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and receive constructive feedback.
