Graphic And Video Editor

Job Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:

  Conceptualize, design, and execute visually impactful graphics for presentations, marketing materials, reports, and digital media. Maintain and evolve the companys visual identity and brand guidelines across all deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, IT, Sales, etc.) to translate ideas into effective visual communication. Develop and manage a repository of reusable templates, design assets, and brand resources. Stay updated with latest design trends and AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, etc.) to improve design efficiency and creativity.

• Video Editing & Motion Design:

  Capture, edit, and produce video content from Genesys Software Platforms and other sources to create marketing, project and instructional videos. Create motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, intros/outros, and 3D elements where needed. Ensure videos meet brand standards, quality benchmarks, and are optimized for different formats (web, social media, presentations). Manage video libraries, raw footage, and post-production assets efficiently. Integrate AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Descript, OpusClip, etc.) to streamline workflows and enhance creative output.

• Innovation & AI Integration:

  Explore and implement emerging AI tools in graphic design and video workflows for tasks such as creative ideation, image enhancement, new scene generation, motion tracking, etc. Evaluate and recommend new software or AI technologies to improve productivity and output quality. Experiment with generative AI for content creation, animation, and design visualization.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Graduation.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing team or in the technology sector.

Required skills:

Technical Skills

• Proven experience as both Graphic Designer and Video Editor (minimum 3 years).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design and video work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
• Experience with Canva and Freepik.
• Experience with 3D visualization tools and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-based design and editing tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, Kaiber, Leonardo AI, or similar.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography.
