Your main focus will be on creating stunning graphics for Instagram, website, emails, and ads, editing scroll-worthy Reels and TikToks, and turning product benefits into engaging visuals that tell a story. Collaborating with the content and marketing team to bring campaigns to life and ensuring brand consistency will also be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Designing stunning graphics for Instagram, website, emails, and ads - Editing scroll-worthy Reels and TikToks using raw content or UGC - Turning product benefits into clean, engaging visuals that tell a story - Keeping the brand vibe consistent with a focus on minimal, modern, and fresh designs - Collaborating with the content and marketing team to bring campaigns to life - Ensuring that every piece of content reflects the Awear brand and performs well Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in design or video editing, preferably with beauty or fashion brands - Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Figma, or CapCut - Ability to edit videos with tight pacing, great music, and text overlays - Sharp design eye with a passion for clean layouts and typography - Understanding of how to make content aesthetic without losing its purpose - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Additional Details: Awear Beauty offers a creative-first team environment that values good work and fresh ideas.
