Graphic and Video Designer

Role & responsibilities

Were seeking a talented and versatile Graphic and Video Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually engaging designs, animations, and multimedia content. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can design for both internal projects and client campaigns across the technology and astrology domains.

Graphic Design

• Design eye-catching social media creatives, banners, thumbnails, and infographics
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, eBooks, and one-pagers
• Develop design assets for websites, landing pages, and ads across platforms
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication
• Collaborate with content writers and marketing team to translate ideas into visuals

Video Design & Editing

• Edit and produce video content including reels, explainers, product demos, and testimonials
• Create motion graphics and animated elements using After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Develop engaging video scripts and visual storyboards in collaboration with the content team
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs on schedule

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Brainstorm visual concepts and campaign themes with the marketing and content teams
• Support branding initiatives, visual refreshes, and storytelling through multimedia
• Stay updated on design trends, platform best practices, and tools
• Provide input in UX/UI for apps, websites, and user onboarding flows when needed

Preferred candidate profile

• 25 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, ad designs, and video work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop – image editing and web graphics
• Adobe Premiere Pro – video editing
• Adobe After Effects – motion graphics and animations
• Adobe Express – fast-turnaround social and campaign creatives
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to visualize complex concepts into simple, compelling visuals
• Comfortable working remotely, managing deadlines, and handling multiple projects
• Bonus: Experience working with astrology, wellness, or IT/SaaS brands
