Graphic and Social Media Associate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic and Social Media Associate** to join our design company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content that represents our brand’s aesthetic and vision.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Graphic Design:**

* Design marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, posters, digital ads, and client proposals.

* Create visual content for social media campaigns, website, and digital marketing.

* Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.

* Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing team for project visuals and branding materials.

**2. Social Media Management:**

* Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

* Plan, schedule, and post engaging content to showcase design works and company culture.

* Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and analyse performance metrics.

* Stay updated with social media trends and apply creative strategies to increase reach.

**3. Content Creation & Coordination:**

* Work with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals of completed projects.

* Assist in developing creative campaigns, stories, and reels related to design projects.

* Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, newsletters, and event coverage.

**Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field**.

* **1–3 years** of experience in graphic design or social media marketing (preferably in a design or architecture-related firm).

* Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)**.

* Familiarity with **social media management tools** (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

* Strong understanding of aesthetics, layout, and color balance.

* Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,196.47 - ₹30,085.80 per month
