Requirements

What you'll bring

• 2-5 years of experience in visual design, with expertise in creating graphics and video content for both digital and print media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, with a keen eye for composition, color, layout, and detail.
• Ability to design both static and motion-based creatives (e.g., GIFs, Lottie animations).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work, particularly digital ad integrations.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTRs) and refine designs based on insights.
• Capability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality, on-time results.
