Job Responsibilities: Assist in sales demonstrations, customer meetings, site surveys, and providing technical solutions to both existing and potential customers. Engage in phone troubleshooting as well as repairs while maintaining detailed records. Support coordination with resellers for service support and manage timely warranty registrations. Assist in planning and executing sales activities to meet business targets. Collect competitive information and conduct market intelligence research. Maintain regular contact with customers, focusing on key accounts to develop strong relationships. Contribute to after-sales service to uphold an excellent standard of customer satisfaction. Help compile trip reports and monthly activity reports to support sales efforts. Desired Candidate Profile: Recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Electrical, Mechanical, Tele Communication or Civil Engineering. Strong proficiency in English and Hindi, both written as well as spoken Familiarity with Microsoft Office Enthusiastic about learning about the product, Site Support, Sales process and Developing customer relationships. Self-driven with the ability to take initiative and operate under minimal supervision.
