Job description Business Development Manager. Personal Attributes : Hardworking / Ready to take up challenges / Ability to show consistency in work / assertive in nature. Communication Skills : Good conversant in English /Pleasing personality. Languages Known: English / Hindi. Own Conveyance : Yes Key Responsibilities:- Generating sales - Achieving the Yearly Targets. Key Account Management. Relationship Building with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Designers. Getting specifications/ brand name added to projects with the architects, builders, contractors and designers. Market Benchmarking for competitors, and updating for the same. Achievement of Sales Target as assigned by the HOD/reporting manager. Excellent presentation skills. Execution of Project orders. Should have good networking skills. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Candidate should be into B2B Selling Preferably, He should be involved in selling Doors or Windows If, not He should be from similar industries like tiles, Carpets , Partitions, Lighting , Ceiling Products. Ready for aggressive outbound Sales. Should be in touch with architects, Admin, Project Incharges and purchase managers of companies to ensure better tapping of the market. Selected Candidate shall get good exposure and platform to the products from Global furniture manufacturers .
