Communication Skills : Good conversant in English /Pleasing personality. Languages Known: English / Hindi. Own Conveyance : Yes Key Responsibilities:- Generating sales - Achieving the Yearly Targets. Key Account Management. Relationship Building with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Designers. Getting specifications/ brand name added to projects with the architects, builders, contractors and designers. Market Benchmarking for competitors, and updating for the same. Achievement of Sales Target as assigned by the HOD/reporting manager. Excellent presentation skills. Execution of Project orders. Should have good networking skills. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Candidate should be into B2B Selling Preferably, He should be involved in selling Doors or Windows If, not He should be from similar industries like tiles, Carpets , Partitions, Lighting , Ceiling Products. Ready for aggressive outbound Sales. Should be in touch with architects, Admin, Project Incharges and purchase managers of companies to ensure better tapping of the market.
