Graduate Trainee Engineer (Mechanical)

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer at our company located in Andheri MIDC, you will be responsible for assisting in creating and modifying 2D and 3D design drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. You will have the opportunity to support design projects from concept to final production stage, conduct research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D. Your role will involve preparing technical documentation, reports, and bill of materials (BOM) while ensuring that designs comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will participate in design reviews and implement feedback effectively. To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline. Proficiency in CAD tools like AutoCAD and BricsCAD is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with a basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. The ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments will be beneficial in this role. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 25000 to 30000. The working days are 5 days a week with a day shift of 8:30 hours (flexible hours). The job also includes health insurance benefits.
