Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. The role also involves developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Excellent English speaking skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting
Strong Consulting and Interviewing skills
Exceptional Communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
