Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of STANTEC ResourceNet Private India Ltd, you will contribute to the ongoing growth of the company by providing technical expertise in various sectors. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver conceptual design, outline design, detailed design, and construction support for building projects across different STANTEC offices globally. Your involvement in leading-edge programs and projects will be crucial in advancing the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Perform structural analysis and design of building structures, overseeing complex structural systems across multiple regions and sectors. - Serve as a technical expert, ensuring compliance with international codes, standards, and best practices. - Act as a checker and reviewer for critical projects to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards. - Identify and pursue business opportunities globally, fostering relationships with new and existing clients. - Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve team utilization and FTE targets. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and differentiate services in the market. - Mentor a diverse team of structural engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. - Provide leadership in project planning, resource allocation, and performance management. - Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of work and client interactions. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. - Oversee projects across different regions, coordinating with local teams and stakeholders. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. - Drive innovation in structural engineering design and technology adoption. - Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery efficiency. - Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - Professionally qualified Engineer with an M.Eng or M.Tech in Structural Engineering and recent experience in buildings, soil seismic, and FEA analysis. - Maximum 3 years of relevant experience after graduate education. - Professional Engineer (PE) license or Chartered Engineer license (IStructE UK, Engineers Australia) will be a plus. - Familiarization with US, Euro, Australian, and/or NZ Standards. - Excellent communicator in written and verbal English. - Strong business development skills with experience in client relationship management and proposal preparation. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and manage a diverse team. - Proficiency in structural analysis software like SAP 2000, Staad Pro, ETABS, SAFE, etc., and appreciation of BIM tools such as Revit. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different global regions and cultural contexts. - Experienced level of project management skills, including managing relationships, tasks, budgets, scope, and risk. - Expert level of decision-making ability to identify, assess, evaluate, and solve problems effectively.,
