Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily plant operations and maintenance activities.
Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, testing, and analysis.
Work on process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain documentation and prepare technical reports as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.Tech / B.E. in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
(2025 pass-out).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
