Job Description

To assist mechanical maintenance team in ensuring the smooth functioning, upkeep, and reliability of plant equipment and machinery. Support activities related to preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in daily mechanical maintenance activities across the plant.
Support inspection, lubrication, alignment and minor repairs of mechanical equipment.
Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs and manuals.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and help maintain maintenance recordrs.
Support shutdown and overhauling activities.
Learn root cause analysis and reliability improvement techniques.
Report observations and anomalies in equipment operations.
Works with tools and equipment as per standard safety and operating procedures.

Skills:

Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Proactive and eager to learn hands-on plant operations.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and safety practices.
