Qualification : Diploma - Mechanical + B. Tech/B.E.-· Mechanical or B. Tech/B.E.-· Mechanical with 0 to 1 YRS of experience. Freshers can also apply.

Job Location : Vadodara

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Ensure relevant documents availability for each projects as per IATF and VDA 6.3 compliance and follow up with respective stack holders for document collection

2) Monitor APQP phase wise documentation progress and prepare / collect documents

3) Follow up for On-going projects and assist PMO

4) Keep track of project progress and identify in which APQP phase wise documents to be prepared and sign-off

5) Ensure required documents are prepared and collected before project kick-off meeting and provide confirmation with PMO

6) WO generation and Packing slip creation in SAP

Title: GET - Document Controller

EMPLOYMENT TERMS :

CTC: 3 LPA

Net take home: 17200 Per Month

Social security and benefits: PF and ESIC (If applicable)

Amount of annual statutory bonus (as per current / applicable Minimum wages): 2701 per month. *The bonus eligibility will be from the date of joining to March, and payable in the subsequent financial year on the occasion of Diwali, proportionately as per eligibility.

Training period / Probation Period / Confirmation period 1 year. Followed by six months of probation period. Subsequently confirmation to be based upon individual performance

Coverage under Group Mediclaim policy: 2 Lakh family floater

Coverage under Group Term Life Insurance policy: 5 times of annual CTC

Leaves - As per current / applicable / prevalent policy

1 day PL for every 20 days of presence + CL 07 Nos. + SL 09 Nos (Not applicable to those covered under ESIC). Festival holidays - 06 Nos

Working days: First and Third Saturdays off. And all Sundays off.
