Graduate Apprentice Trainee

Date: 18 Nov 2025

Location: Bangalore, BLR Plant & IC, IN

Company: Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited

Manufacturing Operations:

Support production line activities such as assembly, equipment setup, and process monitoring.
Learn and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Quality Assurance:

Participate in quality checks and inspections across different stages of manufacturing to ensure product standards are met.
Engage in root cause analysis for defects and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Maintain documentation and records for quality compliance and traceability.

Process Optimization:

Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity.
Analyze data to support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to reducing equipment downtime and improving reliability.

Cross-Functional Exposure:

Work across manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to gain a holistic understanding of automotive production workflows.
Develop versatile technical and operational skills by engaging in diverse tasks and challenges.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory standards throughout all operations.
Actively participate in training programs related to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
