Other req: Knowledge of automobiles and its various systems, Knowledge of important manufacturing processes, Body, paint operation and assembly Skills : Analytical skill, Interpersonal skill, Leadership, Decision making, Negotiation skill, Team and people management

15-20 years in large four wheeler automobile company Should have handled best in class products and systems
