Apprentices will undergo rotational training in the following areas:
Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
Support field teams in LV/HV network operations and substation monitoring.
Participate in customer service and complaint resolution processes.
Learn and follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Document observations and assist in technical reporting.
Qualification: BE/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2023/2024/2025 pass-outs preferred)
Experience: Fresher
1. Candidate should not have completed Apprenticeship with any other Organization.
2. Training will be for 1 Year
3. Stipend will be paid as per government norms
Structured training across core electrical and support departments.
Mentorship from experienced professionals.
Exposure to real-time operations and fieldwork.
Certificate of Apprenticeship upon successful completion.
