Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle central & State Government budgets, including analysis, documentation, and reporting. Identify and monitor tenders from GeM, CPPP, PSU portals, and government departments.

Work with Govt procurement systems including schemes, GRs, policies, procedures. Review RFQs, RFPs, eligibility, technical specs, and compliance requirements.

Conduct online research using AI tools to locate GRs, tenders, circulars, and manuals.

Data analysis and reporting via presentation and summary formats Coordinate with government departments, vendors, and internal teams.

Prepare notes, drafts & supporting docs for budgets, tenders, and policies.

Manage online submissions on government procurement portals, ensuring timely and compliant uploads.

Maintain certifications, approvals, and robust tender record systems.

Track upcoming government tenders, schemes, and budget allocations for opportunities.

Perform any additional tasks, assignments, or responsibilities as instructed by the management, aligned with organisational goals, policies, and business requirements.

This includes supporting cross-departmental initiatives, handling urgent tasks, and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in government budget processes or public finance Knowledge of government procurement schemes, rules, policies Ability to locate govt docs efficiently using AI tools Strong data analysis, report writing & presentation skills Retired government officers or experienced government staff preferred.

Good communication and drafting skills Additional Skills Knowledge of e-Procurement portals (GeM, Maha e-Tendering, Central e-Proc) Ability to interpret GRs, RFPs, tender clauses, policies Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, and document management tools.

Government Budget Analysis Timely submission of budget analysis reports; 100% accuracy

Bid Volume: Number of tenders identified and submitted.

Pre-Bid Participation: participation rate and quality of clarifications raised.

Procurement: Error-free documentation, compliance, and adherence.

Data Research & Reporting: AI-supported document retrieval efficiency & accuracy.

Government Stakeholder Coordination Effective communication & timely follow-up reports.

Tender & Opportunity Tracking Identification of relevant tenders, schemes & business opportunities.
