The company values individuals who are committed to personal growth and strive to better themselves every day. - Provide technical support for enterprise cloud-based productivity services such as Google Workspace - Interact with clients to identify issues, research solutions, and guide them through corrective steps - Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to cloud products and services - Ensure any risks associated with migrating to a cloud-based productivity platform are identified and mitigated - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers - Assist in the rollout of new applications and manage multiple open cases concurrently - Collaborate effectively with colleagues and professionals - A graduate degree in engineering with a sales-oriented mindset is preferred - Practical experience and entrepreneurship are highly valued - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Servers/Linux and experience with MS Active Directory, Multi-Forest environments, and LDAP servers - Networking skills with Cisco Juniper (Firewall, Routing, Switching) - Knowledge of messaging systems like Microsoft Exchange, Postfix, Domino, and O365 - Understanding of DAG, Send Connectors, Receive Connectors, and Accepted Domains - Possession of a Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer certification is advantageous - Experience in training on Microsoft, Linux, and Messaging Technologies is beneficial - Demonstrated articulation skills, quick learning ability, and the capacity to work effectively within diverse teams and customer bases - Previous project management experience or a proven track record of successful delivery in various team settings is beneficial - Self-directed and focused candidates capable of working with minimal supervision will excel in this role,
