About the Role

We’re hiring a Performance Ads Manager who can strategize, execute, and optimize high-converting campaigns for our clients in the finance and stock market space.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns

* Handle complete funnel performance — from creative testing to ROAS tracking

* Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals

* Analyze audience data, run A/B tests, and generate reports

* Stay updated with ad policies (Meta + Google compliance)

* Optimize landing pages, conversion tracking, and retargeting funnels

Requirements

* 1+ year of proven experience in running Meta & Google Ads

* Strong analytical mindset (CPL, CTR, ROAS tracking)

* Proficiency in Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Analytics

* Finance/trading domain experience will be a big plus

* Hands-on knowledge in pixel setup, UTM, and event tracking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
