As a PPC Advertising Specialist at Talent Pot, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent search terms relevant to our client's target audiences. Your role will involve crafting compelling ad copy that resonates with users and drives clicks, as well as setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns across various types such as Search, Display, and Shopping. Your primary focus will be on optimizing campaign performance through data analysis, bid adjustments, and testing different ad variations. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on investment (ROI) will be crucial in ensuring campaign success. You will also be expected to generate comprehensive reports to track campaign progress and effectively communicate results to clients.
