About the Role:

We are India's only and lead performance marketing agency now operating in Lucknow.

We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist to run lead generation campaigns for clients in healthcare, real estate, salons, and more.

Requirements:

• 1+ years Google Ads experience (Search & YouTube)
• Managed 5–6 clients across different industries
• Strong in lead generation, keyword planning, and Search Ads
• Knowledge of YouTube Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Editor
• Digital markeitng agency experince required (we are not hiring freshers for this role)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize Search and YouTube campaigns
• Track budgets and campaign performance
• Report key metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS
• Run A/B tests and collaborate on landing pages
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month

Bonus: Bi-anual performance-based incentives
