Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Search, and YouTube.
Optimise campaign performance to meet key business objectives such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion goals.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
Manage and optimise product feeds for Shopping campaigns (via Google Merchant Centre).
Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Monitor, analyse, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Data Studio dashboards.
Collaborate with the creative and eCommerce teams to align ad strategy with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital advertising best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially Performance Max, Shopping, and Display.
Strong understanding of Google Merchant Centre, conversion tracking, and bid strategies.
Experience with international campaign management (preferably UK and EU markets).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio (Looker Studio).
Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a strong advantage.
Google Ads certification(s) preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
