Job Description

Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist (Preferred: Himachal, Mohali, Chandigarh, Haryana)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate is data-driven and experienced in paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Track KPIs and improve campaign ROI.
Generate performance reports using Google Analytics and ad platforms.
Work with content/design teams to create effective ad creatives.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in paid ads (Google & Meta).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Google Ads certification (preferred).
Preferred Locations: Himachal Pradesh, Mohali, Chandigarh, Haryana.

Work Schedule:

5 days working (Monday–Friday)
Last Saturday of every month is working
