Google Ads Manager

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager who is an expert in local business lead generation to join The White Label Ad Factory Team.

Here at The White Label Ad Factory, we help agencies fulfill Google ads and Facebook ads services for their local business clients to increase their revenue while saving time, money, and energy through our 3-point service: Integration, Optimization, and Automation.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

This is a fast-paced position.

• You WILL be given multiple accounts to manage & optimize on your first week, so you really do need to know your stuff.
• You WILL be creating new campaigns, doing keyword research, and working your first week, so you really need to know your stuff.
• We are looking for someone truly experienced that we can turn the keys over and let you get to work without micromanaging with an eye on building your own team and department.
• If you have a different salary requirement, feel free to apply and give us your desired salary.
• We are looking for someone with minimal training needs. We’ll train you on our processes, but you need to come ready to work.
• You will need to be able to demonstrate your expertise. We will be asking you to perform relevant position tasks like campaign builds, optimizations suggestions, & troubleshooting on existing accounts to show you are the expert we are looking for. These will be paid. If you are not prepared to do that, please do not apply.

Some of your tasks will include:

• Building & optimizing campaigns

• Keyword & competitor research

• Setting up & working ai tools, scripts, and automations for campaign management

• Troubleshooting and working with support departments as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Have extreme attention to detail.

• Be able to solve problems independently with research when needed.

• Wanting to be part of a team that helps clients get results.

• Demonstrable experience with google ads.

• Being able to troubleshoot issues.

• Willing to go above and beyond to see clients successful.

• Being able to work efficiently within a project management system and complete tasks on time. (we use Clickup)

Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Pay: Depending On Experience, Starts at $1000mo Salary (40 hr week), Paid Weekly.

We offer 9 Paid Holidays off + New Years Day to accommodate any specific holidays you may observe.
