● Run Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
● Create ad copies, select keywords, and set up targeting.
● Monitor and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions).
● Work with the content/design team for banners and landing pages.
● Track and report campaign results regularly.
● Suggest new ideas to improve ad performance.
● 6 months to 1 year of experience with Google Ads.
● Good understanding of how Google Search and Display ads work.
● Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
● Comfortable working with numbers and reports.
● Willingness to learn and experiment.
● Must be based in Surat or ready to relocate.
● Experience running ads for SaaS or tech products.
● Google Ads certifications.
● Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or GA4.
● Work in a fast-growing startup with a small, focused team.
