Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining the retail lending team as a Gold Loan Sales Executive, responsible for customer acquisition, loan disbursal, and cross-selling financial products. Your role involves promoting gold loans to new and existing customers to meet their financial needs with secured credit solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about field sales, customer needs, and working in a goal-oriented, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan products through field visits, walk-ins, referrals, and lead conversions. Build a strong customer base in the assigned territory. - Meet or exceed sales targets for gold loans by developing new business opportunities and leveraging existing customer relationships. - Guide customers through the gold loan application process, ensuring quick and hassle-free documentation, valuation, and loan disbursal. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt service, addressing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Cross-sell other financial products like insurance, savings, and investment schemes based on customer profiles and needs. - Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities. - Adhere strictly to company policies and RBI guidelines for gold loan operations, including customer verification, KYC, and risk assessment procedures. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in gold loans, personal loans, or other financial services. - A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in finance, banking, or marketing will be preferred. - Good knowledge of gold loan processes, lending norms, and customer documentation. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and English. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets in a competitive market. - Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and loan management systems.,
