Gold Loan Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining the retail lending team as a Gold Loan Sales Executive, responsible for customer acquisition, loan disbursal, and cross-selling financial products. Your role involves promoting gold loans to new and existing customers to meet their financial needs with secured credit solutions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in gold loans, personal loans, or other financial services. - A bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with a background in finance, banking, or marketing will be preferred. - Good knowledge of gold loan processes, lending norms, and customer documentation. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in local language and English. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets in a competitive market. - Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and loan management systems.,
