Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for gold loan products and generate leads through field sales activities.
Conduct door-to-door visits to meet with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by the organization while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve collective goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales or related fields (Field Sales, Lap Loans, Mortgage Loans).
Strong knowledge of gold loan products and processes.
Proficiency in using technology-based tools for lead generation and management.
