Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct gold appraisals at customer locations to determine loan amounts.
Manage field work activities, including visiting customers to collect payments and perform other tasks related to gold loans.
Perform sales duties by promoting bank's products such as gold loans, insurance policies, etc.
Ensure accurate valuation of gold ornaments using various methods (e.g., gram per unit).
Maintain records of all transactions accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Gold Loan Operations or Sales.
Strong knowledge of Gold Loan processes, including appraisal techniques and documentation procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers during home visits.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
