Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage gold loan sales process from lead generation to disbursement.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits.
Conduct door-to-door meetings with clients to understand their financial needs.
Provide personalized solutions for home loans, lap loans, and other financial products.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to close deals.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry (preferably in gold loan sales).
Strong understanding of financial products such as home loans, lap loans, and gold loans.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
