Application Maintenance Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  L2/L3 support

  for web applications, ensuring high availability and performance.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

  React, TypeScript, CSS, Node.js

  , and

  Golang

  services.


• Maintain and enhance existing applications using modern development practices.


• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to implement fixes and improvements.


• Participate in

  application modernization

  initiatives, including refactoring legacy code and migrating to modern frameworks.


• Monitor and optimize application performance using tools like

  Webpack, Jest

  , and browser dev tools.


• Support and maintain

  HTTP handlers

  ,

  GRPC services

  , and backend APIs written in

  GoLang

  .


• Document support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps for knowledge base.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

• Experience with

  Golang

  , including building and maintaining

  GRPC

  HTTP handlers

• Familiarity with

• Exposure to
