About the Role

Redblox Technologies is hiring a skilled Golang Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience. We are looking for someone with strong backend fundamentals, solid Golang expertise, and the ability to build scalable, production-ready services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Golang.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code aligned with engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural improvements.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Golang development.
• Strong understanding of Goroutines, Channels, and concurrency patterns.
• Experience in API and microservices development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and problem-solving techniques.
• Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging queues.
• Understanding of clean architecture and scalable system design.
