a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert - Project Manager

You’ll work closely with the company founders and drive execution with help from a junior team member.

You must have excellent communication skills (English fluency is non-negotiable) and proven hands-on experience managing projects and GoHighLevel – especially in building funnels, automations, campaigns, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead GHL client projects from start to finish
• Attend project planning meetings
• Manage and guide a GHL assistant
• Build funnels, automations, and CRM systems within GHL
• Provide clear, timely updates and ensure quality delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
• Strong leadership and task ownership
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience managing small teams or assistants
• Able to demonstrate past GHL projects
• Comfortable with video calls and client communication
