Godown Incharge

Square feet Tiles - Mangla Chowk , Bilaspur

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Godown Incharge to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure proper storage of materials, maintain inventory records, and coordinate dispatch and receipt of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the godown/warehouse
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and goods
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and safety of materials
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for dispatch
• Prepare delivery challans, GRNs, and stock reports
• Conduct regular physical stock verification
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards in the godown
• Handle loading/unloading activities and supervise labor
• Prevent damage, loss, or theft of goods

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience as a Godown/Warehouse Incharge
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to manage labor and coordinate with multiple departments
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in tiles, ceramics, building materials, or FMCG industry

हम एक जिम्मेदार एवं अनुभवी गोदाम इंचार्ज की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो दैनिक गोदाम संचालन का प्रबंधन कर सके, सामग्री के उचित भंडारण को सुनिश्चित करे, स्टॉक रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखे तथा माल की आवक-जावक (डिस्पैच एवं रिसीविंग) का समन्वय करे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• गोदाम/वेयरहाउस के दैनिक कार्यों की देखरेख करना
• आने वाले माल की प्राप्ति, जांच एवं रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना
• सामग्री का सही तरीके से भंडारण, स्टैकिंग एवं सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना
• स्टॉक रजिस्टर एवं इन्वेंट्री रिकॉर्ड को अद्यतन रखना
• डिस्पैच के लिए सेल्स, अकाउंट्स एवं लॉजिस्टिक्स टीम के साथ समन्वय करना
• डिलीवरी चालान, GRN एवं स्टॉक रिपोर्ट तैयार करना
• नियमित रूप से फिजिकल स्टॉक वेरिफिकेशन करना
• गोदाम में साफ-सफाई, अनुशासन एवं सुरक्षा मानकों को बनाए रखना
• लोडिंग-अनलोडिंग कार्यों की निगरानी एवं मजदूरों का प्रबंधन करना
• माल की क्षति, नुकसान या चोरी को रोकना

आवश्यक योग्यता एवं कौशल:

• न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10+2 / स्नातक (वांछनीय)
• गोदाम/वेयरहाउस इंचार्ज के रूप में 2–5 वर्ष का अनुभव
• इन्वेंट्री प्रबंधन एवं स्टॉक कंट्रोल का ज्ञान
• बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान
• मजदूरों के प्रबंधन एवं विभिन्न विभागों के साथ समन्वय करने की क्षमता
• अच्छी संगठनात्मक एवं रिकॉर्ड रखने की क्षमता

प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी:

• टाइल्स, सिरेमिक्स, बिल्डिंग मटीरियल या FMCG इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार

वेतन एवं लाभ:

• वेतन: उद्योग मानकों के अनुसार
• लाभ: पीएफ, ईएसआई (लागू होने पर)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
