As a Dispatch & Accounts Coordinator at our company in Tirupur, you will play a crucial role in managing godown activities related to dispatching orders, billing, and stock maintenance in the garment manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the day-to-day dispatch of garments to buyers and job work units - Preparing invoices and handling billing through Tally or relevant software - Maintaining accurate stock records including inward, outward, and returns - Coordinating with stitching units, transport partners, and the internal team - Performing basic accounting entries and ledger maintenance - Conducting stock checks and supporting audits - Keeping the godown clean, organized, and secure To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Knowledge of Tally/Excel (training can be provided) - Willingness to learn and take ownership - Strong attention to detail and time management - Good coordination and communication skills - Experience in the garments/textile industry is a plus We welcome applications from freshers with an interest in accounts/operations as well as candidates with up to 5 years of experience in dispatch, accounting, or warehouse roles.
