COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Kreem Foods Private Limited is a leading Indian food manufacturer and distributor, best known as a pioneer in the South Indian ice cream industry with its brands Skei and Uncle John.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Staff and operations management: Supervise warehouse staff, schedule shifts, manage performance, and ensure that daily operations are efficient.

· Inventory and stock control: Manage, track, and control all inventory, including receiving new goods, inspecting their condition, and ensuring accurate records are kept.

· Logistics and dispatch: Coordinate the loading and unloading of products, communicate with drivers to ensure timely delivery, and oversee the assembly and shipping of goods.

· Safety and maintenance: Enforce safety rules, maintain a high degree of safety compliance, and ensure all machinery, tools, and equipment are in good working order.

· Record keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of all go-down/depot activities and prepare reports as needed.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Leadership: Ability to supervise, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

· Organizational skills: Excellent ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, managers, and external partners like drivers and suppliers.

· Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise in the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Any Degree/ Diploma are required as minimum education.

· The candidate needs to have mandatorily spoken Malayalam, Hindi and English ability.
