COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Kreem Foods Private Limited is a leading Indian food manufacturer and distributor, best known as a pioneer in the South Indian ice cream industry with its brands Skei and Uncle John.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and updating ledgers.
Invoice Processing: Handle the preparation, verification, and processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
Expense Reporting: Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Customer and Vendor Payment: Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment issues.
Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
QUALIFICATIONS
· B.Com. or M.Com. is required as minimum education.
· 2 to 5 years of experience in accounts is necessary.
