Job Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for the launching and day-to-day management of Sales team for the General Trade across the Region. 2) Provides general business and operational guidance while leading through influence. Drive Company goals,targets, and maximize the Sales growth. 3) Capture maximum market share in the respective categories / markets, Understand the marketplace, consumer and category trends, as well as broader marketing and merchandising strategies to establish new customers. 4) Engage with Key Customers and build rapport there by generating business opportunities, Also, take care of post-sales support required by the Key accounts. 5) Contribute & Implement sales growth strategy supporting regional strategy. Identification and implementation of new profitable volume opportunities within the account(s) to increase the business growth. 6) Provide time to time market intelligence to the company 7) Evaluate performance of sales team and provide appropriate feedback. 8) Interview, hire and train sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and updating ledgers. Invoice Processing: Handle the preparation, verification, and processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments and receipts. Expense Reporting: Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Customer and Vendor Payment: Communicate with customers and vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment issues. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
