Step into the kitchen as our Goan Cuisine Chef, where tradition meets creativity, and every plate is a tribute to flavor, craft, and authenticity. You’ll be the soul of our Goan-inspired menu — preserving its heritage while adding your own signature touch that keeps guests craving for more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Craft Culinary Experiences: Prepare authentic Goan dishes with precision, passion, and respect for traditional recipes and ingredients.

• Champion Freshness: Source and use only the finest, freshest local produce, seafood, and spices that define true Goan cuisine.

• Innovate with Integrity: Evolve the menu by blending heritage with modern presentation — keeping it exciting yet true to its roots.

• Lead the Kitchen Team: Train, inspire, and guide your culinary crew to maintain consistency, quality, and speed.

• Maintain Kitchen Excellence: Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are always met and exceeded.

• Collaborate with the Bar & Floor Teams: Work closely to create perfect food pairings with our craft brews and seasonal specials.

• Deliver with Passion: Every plate leaving your pass should reflect pride, balance, and artistry — a true taste of Goa.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit:

• Deep love for Goan flavours, culture, and culinary heritage.

• Strong understanding of seafood, spice balancing, and traditional Goan cooking techniques.

• Creative flair with an eye for modern plating and presentation.

• Excellent leadership and teamwork — thrives in a dynamic kitchen environment.

• 4–8 years of experience in Indian or coastal cuisine, with at least 2 years specializing in Goan dishes.

• A commitment to consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction above all else.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
