Goan Commis II

We are looking for a passionate Goan Commis II to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have knowledge of authentic Goan cuisine and be eager to learn, support senior chefs, and maintain quality and taste standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Goan dishes such as curries, seafood, gravies, and local delicacies. Support the Chef de Partie (CDP) and Commis I in daily kitchen operations. Handle mise-en-place (pre-preparation) including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times. Store raw materials and cooked items properly to avoid spoilage. Assist during busy service hours and follow instructions from senior chefs. Show willingness to learn and develop skills for career growth in the culinary field.
