Job Description

As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist in the Entertainment & Media industry, your role will involve leading the launch of concept-based video projects. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to position, promote, and scale video content effectively in target markets. - Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy aligning with business goals and brand vision for concept-based video content. - Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies to maximize reach and engagement. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to guide campaign direction. - Collaborate with content creators, production teams, and marketing to ensure effective storytelling and positioning. - Design and implement multi-channel distribution strategies across digital platforms, social media, OTT, and partnerships. - Establish and manage partnerships with media houses, influencers, and distribution platforms. - Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for ROI and engagement. - Provide leadership and insights on branding, messaging, and audience monetization models. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand strategy, preferably in entertainment, media, or digital content. - Proven track record of successful GTM campaigns for content-driven products. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior in entertainment/media and digital content trends. - Expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and content distribution. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams. Preferred Experience: - Previous experience with video content launches such as films, web series, short videos, OTT projects, or branded content. - Network of industry contacts across media houses, OTT platforms, and influencer networks. - Hands-on experience with data-driven marketing tools like analytics platforms, campaign management tools, CRM.
